  • Within a very tight timeframe and budget, our challenge was to help define and deliver a revolutionary new digital renovation service
    for homeowners.

    To reduce development time and maintain first-to-market advantage,
    we produced a series of user personas, storyboards and proof-of-concept prototypes. This enabled us to iterate quickly. We launched the first stage of the online tool in a matter of weeks, along with digital marketing and brand assets highlighting key benefits of the
    Betternest service.
